Important Information for Your Stay Tourist Tax (Effective from 1st January 2025): A new tourist tax of €2 per person, per night will apply. Maximum charge: 5 consecutive nights per stay Exemptions: Children under 16 This tax is paid separately and not included in your booking fee. Groups Welcome: Hen and stag parties are welcome. Pool & Hot Tub: The pool can be heated from April to October (additional fees apply). A hot tub is available for hire via an independent company if desired. Child Safety & Amenities: A pool safety fence is provided and must be used for children under 12. We can provide travel cots and highchairs free of charge upon request.

This is a residential area of privately owned villas. The villa is in a cul de sac so you don’t have lots of people walking past the gates. As it’s a residential area and opposite the church we request that you keep outdoor noise levels to a minimum at night and respectable level in the day to be considerate to the neighbours.
